City Gml Writer Step
Goal
Writes back the CityGML file, after adding some attributes: * measured height * storeys above ground * year of construction * heated floor area (as EnergyADE attribute) * monthly space heating demand (as EnergyADE attribute) * yearly domestic hot water demand
